Guest Invitation to Ukraine
for Foreigners
Business invitation for a foreigner – allows you to stay in Ukraine for no more than 90 days and serves as the basis for obtaining a business visa.
A business visa is issued only in the country of nationality. The exceptions are countries where a foreigner has a residence permit or work permit for at least 90 days. It is also possible to apply for a visa in another country if there is no Consulate or Embassy of Ukraine.
Grounds for registration of the business invitation:
- Ukrainian company wishing to invite foreign businesspersons or investors to Ukraine;
- Foreign businesspersons and investors from countries with the possibility of issuing a visa upon arrival in airports of Ukraine;
- Russian businesspersons, to confirm the business goals of staying in Ukraine.
